Molly Newcomb, CVT — Veterinary Technician
Molly is a 2009 graduate from the veterinary technician program at Moraine Park Technical College in Fond du Lac. She also attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh for a year and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC), where she completed general education credits. She has been with Parkside Animal Care Center since it first opened in 2009.
Originally from Medford, she currently resides in Green Bay with her husband, Chris, and her "kids" – Olive, a Bengal cat, Dexter, a black domestic shorthair (DSH), and Scully and Bruce Wayne, both Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Scully and Bruce Wayne are both offspring from Dr. Dyal's Cavaliers.
Amber WIlliams, CVT — Veterinary Technician
Amber started at Parkside Animal Care Center in 2012 after graduating with Honors from Globe University-Green Bay for Veterinary Technology. She has been a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) since 2013. Her veterinary interests include dentistry, laboratory procedures, working with non-profit animal rescues (especially Green Bay Animal Rescue), and feline health education.
Kellie Raether, CVT — Veterinary Technician
Kellie joined the Parkside Animal Care Center staff in January 2016. She attended Globe University-Green Bay and graduated in winter of 2012 with a degree in Veterinary Technology. Kellie has been a certified veterinary technician (CVT) since spring of 2013 and brings three plus years of experience to the team. Her veterinary interests include radiology, dentistry, laboratory, and helping clients provide the best care possible for their pets.
Kellie is a Shawano native, but currently lives in Allouez with her boyfriend, Ryan, her two standard poodles, Prince and Hodor, and two cats, Al and Jay-Jay. When not at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially in her garden, spending time with family and friends, and playing piano.
Leah Chastain, CVT — Veterinary Technician
Leah join the Parkside Animal Care Center staff in January of 2017. She graduated from Stautzenberger College in Maumee, Ohio in 2011 with a degree in Veterinary Technology. Leah has been a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) since 2011 and brings five plus years of experience to the team. Her veterinary interests include, Phlebotomy, lab work, and surgery.
Emily DeGroot — Veterinary Assistant
Emily joined the Parkside staff in September 2017. She is a veterinary assistant that brings 5 plus years of experience to the team. She likes assisting with whatever she can and really enjoys learning new things around the clinic.
She has had a life-long love for animals and a passion for working with and helping them. She has always especially loves dogs, but working here along side GBAR she is quickly turning into a cat person as well!
Amber Rinehard-Lotter — Client Care Specialist
Amber joined the Parkside Animal Care Center staff in November 2015. She was absolutely thrilled when the opportunity arose to join the team as a client care specialist as she was already very familiar with the hospital and staff. Amber has been a client for years and fosters dogs through Green Bay Animal Rescue. She hopes to one day run her own senior dog sanctuary.
Amber resides in Green Bay with her husband, Adam, her son, Jager, and her three rescue pups, June (a Bichon), Holly (a Beagle) and Gidget (a Maltese).
Jaimie Stein — Client Care Specialist
Jaimie joined Parkside as a Client Care Specialist in 2016. She graduated from St. Norbert College in 2013 with a Business Administration degree. She currently resides in Green Bay with her fiancé, Will, and their two pets- Hank and Wiggles.
As a long time animal lover, Jaimie is excited to work with animals on a daily basis. During her spare time, she enjoys going for walks/runs with Wiggles, cooking, and updating their new home.
Amanda Tracey — Client Care Specialist
Amanda joined the Parkside crew in August 2017. She has had an interest in working with animals from a young age, and has several years working in the veterinary profession since 2014, including pet boarding and grooming. Her favorite part of working at Parkside is being a resource for a variety of different clients and patients, and getting to know their unique characteristics over time.
Amanda has lived in Green Bay most of her life, and a few years in Door County, but currently lives in De Pere with her Labradoodle Odysseus (Odi). When not at work, she enjoys hiking on various outdoor trails with Odi, attending concerts and music festivals, cooking, reading and traveling.
Katie Polczinski — Pet Groomer
Katie is a certified professional dog stylist at Parkside Animal Care Center. She graduated from Golden Paws Grooming Academy in September 2009, where she learned to groom all breeds of dogs and cats. While in 4-H, Katie also gained experience grooming rabbits, as she owned and showed an angora rabbit and other breeds, too. She feels the best part of her job is communicating with pet-parents to style their pet to what they want.
In addition to being a certified groomer, Katie is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. While attending college, Katie did an internship at Walt Disney World, where she met many friends that live all over the country and world. She was a seasonal cast member until 2009 and loves catching up with her friends by phone or traveling for a visit.
